At NAMED COLLECTIVE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your limited-edition pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all returns must have original tags attached and be free of any signs of wear or washing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all NAMED COLLECTIVE tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
